Introduction
Sayyid Mujtaba Nurmufidi was born in Qum, Iran in April 1965 in a spiritual family. His paternal ancestors came from a noble and spiritual family and from the well-respected and well-known Sadat of Gurgan, lran.
His great father was Ayatullah Sayyid Kazim Nurmufidi from the famous scholars and among the students and disciples of Imam Khumayni (may Allah be pleased with him) who has been active in the Islamic movement since the early days of the Islamic movement of Iran. He is now the representative of the Supreme Leader in Gulestan province and the Friday Imam of Gurgan. His mother, the late daughter of Ayatullah Fazil Lankarani (may Allah rest his soul in peace) and the companion of the Grand Ayatullah Fazel Lankarani who is herself a utopian lady and runs numerous religious meetings.
Sayyid Mujtaba Nurmufidi spent primary and secondary education in holy city of Qum, lran. The end of this period, which coincided with the rise of the Muslim people’s uprising against the monarchic tyrannical regime, provided the grounds for his participation in political and social activities. In those days, although he was only 12 years old, he actually entered the scene by distributing the Imam’s proclamations among the students and inviting them to fight against the evil regime and for this reason he was summoned and threatened by the school’s principal many times. He was one of the few people who participated in all the gatherings of Qum people who had a difficult encounter with the king’s mercenary commandos.
After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, he continued high school in Gurgan province and attended the front with the start of the imposed war. In 1982 he received a diploma in mathematics and physics and this time he went to the battlefields for a long time.
In 1983, he entered the seminary of Qum with the encouragement of his father and uncle Grand Ayatullah Fazel Lankarani who were aware of his brilliant talent and because of his interest in studying Islamic sciences. After completing the preliminaries and high levels with the masters of the seminary, including Ayatullah Payani, Ayatollah Rasti Kashani, Ayatullah Taheri Khurramabadi, Ayatullah Muslehi Araki, Ayatullah Musavi Tehrani and … attended Dars Kharij lessons. He has participated in the courses of jurisprudence and principles of the field for many years, and has participated in the presence of professors and magnanimous authorities such as the ayats of the great Fazel Lankarani (may his soul rest in peace), Vahid Khurasani (may his age be lengthened), Mirza Javad Tabrizi (may his soul rest in peace), Shubayri Zanjani (may his life be lengthened). In addition to jurisprudence and principles, after attending the elementary courses of philosophy, he also spent several years in the lecture of Asfar and the Qur’an interpretation of his eminence Ayatullah Javadi Amuli.
The professor began teaching from the very beginning of his education, so that in the first year of entering the field, he taught a few students the lessons he had learned and he has officially been teaching in the field for more than thirty years, and after years of teaching higher levels, he is now teaching Kharij jurisprudence, principles, Qur’an interpretation and rules of jurisprudence The Essential Elements of the Universe He has been teaching in the field for many years as well.
He has also written numerous books and treatises in the fields of jurisprudence, principles, tafsir (Qur’an exegesis) and manners of Ahl al-Bayt (‘a) in Persian and Arabic, of which about fifteen works have been published so far.
They are also members of the Board of Trustees and Board of Directors of the Pure Imams Jurisprudential Center (‘a) This center is specialized in jurisprudence which is considered as an important in the field of education and research in jurisprudence. In addition, he has had various activities in Gulestan province and has been the source of valuable services in that province, all of which have been the founders of all of which were his parents of Ayatullah Nurmufidi. The responsibility of Mirdamad Cultural Institute, which has established various scientific and cultural programs in that region and has published more than thirty works so far, is the responsibility of Professor Sayyid Mujtaba Nurmufidi. He is also the chairman of the board of trustees of Al-Zahra Seminary School, which is one of the successful schools of the sisters in the country, and Al-Zahra Institute of Higher Education, which operates in several fields at level three and four.The Board of Trustees of Imam Khumayni Seminary School in Gurgan province, which is considered among the country’s top schools, as well as the head of the board of trustees of Vali-e-Asr Specialized Center, which is one of the specialized centers of the seminary, are among his other activities. The establishment of Dar al-Ma’refa Cultural Institute in Qum is also one of his other services.
