The book “The Rule of Obligation,” from the series of discussions on the Rules of Political Jurisprudence (7), written by Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Nourmifidi, has been published in octavo format (Ruq’i) in 208 pages by the Bostan-e Ketab Publishing House.

This rule is one of the most important and effective rules in the arena of interactions and relations between Shias and other Islamic sects, as well as non-Muslims.
