The President of SAMT Organization emphasized the necessity of accurate understanding of emerging jurisprudential subjects and utilizing modern technologies in jurisprudential research.

The Research Institute for Contemporary Jurisprudence, which initiated its activities in 2020, strives with 13 research departments and over 50 active research projects to fill academic vacuums in emerging jurisprudential domains such as Environmental Jurisprudence, Political Jurisprudence, and Women’s Jurisprudence.

During this visit, Dr. Shahriyari, President of SAMT Organization, while commending the Institute’s advancements, described contemporary jurisprudence as a sensitive domain requiring patience and institution-building, reminding of the necessity of utilizing artificial intelligence and modern technologies to accelerate research processes.

Ayatullah Sayyid Mujtaba Nur Mufidi, President of the Research Institute for Contemporary Jurisprudence, also stated in this meeting: “We have tried, by drawing upon past experiences and avoiding incorrect paths, to pay special attention to the deficiencies and vacuums of contemporary jurisprudence and expand joint collaborations with other academic institutions. This Research Institute is prepared for interaction with organizations such as SAMT so that we may better fulfill our academic missions.”
